Set apart, cut off, excluded from. Disjointed from the rest of the group, laid bare to shrivel to death by itself. Attrited, detached and left to die alone, in obscurity and darkness.

Hapless.
Kept apart, unable to, incapable to help. Feeling cut off from the fray and able only to enquire and cheer. Ineffectual, inefficient and inconsequantial. Totally unacceptable.

Unaware.
Stood apart, did not care, not informed about. Feeling sullen from the exclusion, yet nonchalant . Concerned yet distant; caring yet cringing. bleah.
